To cleanse: dampen hands and rub a small amount of cleanser between palms. Smooth over the face, neck and décolleté, gently massage upwards and rinse. Use twice daily. Avoid the delicate eye area. To deep peel: apply a thin layer of cleanser over face and neck, leave on for ten minutes and rinse with warm water. For best results use twice weekly and gently massage with the MZ Skin Konjac sponge to make the cleanser penetrate more deeply.

Every morning, apply a generous amount of moisturiser over a cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Leave for 10 minutes, for maximum absorption before applying make-up, this avoids any interference with the SPF.
