Exfoliation is amazing for removing dead skin cells from the outer layers of the skin. It can also be beneficial for removing dry skin, increasing blood circulation, brightening and improving your skin’s overall appearance.
We suggest avoiding exfoliators with harsh ingredients like apricot beads and instead seek out AHA and Lactic Acid based products for a gentler but effective alternative. This is especially great for those with more sensitive skin.
Using a toner after cleansing your skin is amazing to treat clogged pores and boost your skin’s glow! Toner’s removes any remaining dirt and impurities stuck in your pores after you wash your face. When added to your daily skincare routine and used regularly, it can have a major positive impact on the appearance and tightness of your pores (especially amazing for aging skin!)
With warmer weather on the way, it’s time to switch up your skincare routine and swap out your thick, rich winter creams for some lightweight moisturisers that can keep your skin hydrated, glowy and as fresh as possible!
For those with oily skin, look for gel-textured products that are non-comedogenic so they don’t further clog pores. Mattifying formulas are always a good option too.
