Now that we've approached the 'month of love', many of us get caught up in the blues of being single or simply not giving ourselves enough attention, ultimately we forget the importance of SELF-love! 
Self-love
means meeting your own needs, giving yourself the love you would usually give others and effectively prioritising yourself. It's super important to look after yourself- when we look after ourselves, is when we can do our best for others!.
