So what do you do when you're experiencing the effects of sunburn?

Step 1: Soothe

To instantly bring more comfort to the skin, directly apply a cooling compress for at least 5 minutes on the affected area. For this, choose a lotion based on anti-inflammatory and decongestant floral waters that will calm the local inflammation to reduce redness and burning sensations.

Step 2: Repair

To repair and protect your skin, use a calming oil. It will soothe the sensitivity and discomfort associated with sunburn and repair the skin protection barrier

Step 3: Protect

During the day, apply and reapply a mineral SPF 30 sunscreen every 90 minutes. It is important to double your protection on burned areas. Compared to chemical sun protection, mineral sun protection will be better tolerated by hypersensitive skin.
